PRECESSIO is an English style pale ale. It is a true spring-summer beer. It is characterized by a light malt-fruity taste with floral notes, slightly spicy and grassy-woody hops. It is a limited edition, there is a total of two brews in total.
In the spring of 2020, the manufactory decided to produce new beers in cans as well, expanding their selection. The franchise, under the name "Alevation", consists of 3 products.
The first beer of the series is a Rye Pale Ale. This is top-fermented beer specialty. The citrus aroma of American hops is accompanied by a slight spiciness in its taste, while the scent of cloves and bananas form a harmonious unity in its aroma. It is a light, lively drink, with a clean aftertaste.
The second member of the Alevation series is the American Brown Ale. It is half-brown ale for the fans of brown beer. The heavier chocolate, caramel flavour was softened with the citrus aromas of the hops used. The background is filled with an interestingly spicy, bitter, it culminates in a resinous hop flavour. It is great even after a hard day!
The third member of the Alevation family is Saison. The basis of the Piperitum Mobile beer was made by the manufactory and polished until it became the perfect saison. It is a light harvest beer with a dry, spicy, slightly peppery flavour for which the hops gives refreshing citrus taste. Its restrained bitterness allows for the fullness of hop aromas, yeast and malt notes. Tradititonal taste wrapped in a modern sense.
