CHAIRLIFT
Wonderful recreation in Bakony!
Eplény is located 6 km from Zirc and 16 km from Veszprém. Eplény has the largest and most modern ski arena of Hungary and in summer it functions as the Eplény Chairlift.
It is a perfect weekend programme for families and couples. In addition to several free games, visitors can also find the only 4-person chairlift of Hungary. The chairlift takes you in 15 minutes to the mountaintop from where you can see the beauty of the High Bakony.
In clear weather, even the Balaton Lake can be seen from the lookout tower of Mt. Ámos.
