Nordic walking means nothing else than a dynamic walking with pole in the hand. It helps to develop endurance in a gently way. It is an effective fat burning training. It moves 90% of the muscles. It improves concentration and mental fitness. In addition, the outdoor activity is extremely good for body and soul. It’s a real recharge for all ages.

In the Bakony Mountains there are great conditions for Nordic Walking. Whether in the High Bakony Landscape Prootection Area, or in the Cuha Valley, or in the Pintér Hill Forest Park, or on the Ámos Mountain in Eplény, we can stroll in a wonderful environment all year round.
